The detailed enquiry form acts like a Decision in Principle (DIP) or Agreement in Principle document (AIP) document for your client. It is a comprehensive form which will allow you to decide on the suitability of a selected product or for an adhoc enquiry.
The detailed enquiry form is for use by mortgage businesses whose IDD specifies that advice will be provided to a client. The form can take up to half an hour to complete and works either independently of sourcing or when a product is selected.
